THE HERCÍLIO RANDON AWARD FOR INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY

The Hercílio Randon Award aims to recognize innovative projects by employees from any area or group unit. Any employee can submit their project, which awards initiatives in the New Products and Services, Sustainability, Customer Experience, and Best Practices categories.

RANDON EXO

In 2017, Randon Companies created an innovation cell with employees from different areas and backgrounds. The first class was attended by three people and the second class had six employees. In 2019, the project was reformulated and was absorbed by IHR, with 15 employees in the third class. They are displaced from their areas and companies to seek startup-connected solutions for the company's internal demands, and bring the innovation mindset to their teams.

HÉLICE - COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION THAT TRANSFORMS

An institute that is maintained by the Randon Companies alongside other companies and organizations in the Gaucha mountain range area, Hélice connects local companies to startups, seeking joint solutions to common problems between them.

AN EXCELLENCE TESTING CENTER

TESTING GROUND: TRACKS IN REAL AND VARIOUS CONDITIONS OF USE

The testing ground is an excellence testing center. Located on an area of 87 hectares, it has 20 tracks, totaling 15 kilometers, where several kinds of road surfaces and specific irregularities are reproduced in order to carry out tests, under a wide range of conditions and circumstances.

STRUCTURAL LABORATORY

The Randon Technology Center laboratory provides a framework for the most varied tests, as well as a team capable of analyzing the data collected in the field with the best and most advanced technologies.

CONFIDENTIALITY AREA

The Randon Technology Center allows for testing with a guarantee of complete confidentiality. Three confidentiality areas are provided with the necessary infrastructure to prepare and develop assessments with absolute confidentiality.
