Suspensys WE/Castertech offers a set of solutions in wheel end

For Fenatran 2019, one of the highlights in the solutions portfolio is the development of the company itself, with the respective tests performed in the last generation structure of Randon Technological Center (CTR): it is the Wheel End Long Life – WELL

Being a national leader in the development and production of systems for wheel end, cast supports and machined for commercial vehicles, Suspensys WE/Castertech applies the most advanced global technology in the development of its products, ensuring quality, safety and durability in tested and approved items. For Fenatran 2019, one of the highlights in the solutions portfolio is the development of the company itself, with the respective tests performed in the last generation structure of Randon Technological Center (CTR): it is the Wheel End Long Life – WELL.

The innovation consists of a set of long life drum hub, projected to be lighter and to have a superior durability. Suspensys WE/Castertech is the pioneer in the use of this concept in the Brazilian market, with applications both in trucks and buses and in road equipment. The system allows a greater durability of the components by extending the useful life of the set, increasing the availability of the vehicle and reducing the number of interventions for adjustments and change of lubrication of the system. Consequently, it reduces the so called TCO (Total Coast of Ownership).

Tested by fleet owners on the main Brazilian roads, the WELL has been proving itself to be a system of wheel end with excellent quality and performance. It presents less costs per kilometer and bigger gains to the fleet owner. Amongst the main attractions is the interchangeability with the systems that are currently assembled in vehicles (Plug & Play), which ensures a greater ease of installation of the set in the axis and removes the need of adjustments at the time of assembly. In the case of equipment, it is compatible with load capacities of up to 13 tons.
